Not all grief is loud. Some endings linger quietly in the body—relationships, seasons, identities, or dreams that were never fully acknowledged. In this experiential workshop, we will explore how unfinished endings can remain active within us and gently guide one thread of grief toward internal completion. Through grounding practices, guided reflection, and a contained deep-state journey, participants will have the opportunity to honor what has ended and release emotional residue in a safe and supportive environment. This session is not about reopening wounds, but about closing what is ready to be closed. When we complete what has ended, we create space to rise forward with clarity and steadiness.
