Dr. Mary Newstrom is a shamanic practitioner and teacher who walks in deep relationship with the Earth and the unseen worlds. Her work is rooted in feminine wisdom, ancestral knowing, and the living intelligence of nature. She is the founder of Spirit Flow, a shamanic study and spiritual community, and her original teachings are carried into the world through Zenith High LLC.
