Everything is energy, including your own body, and that is where your most powerful divination instrument lives. Be guided in using the divination tool of your choice into a deep embodied knowing that lives beneath technique and second-guessing. Within a strong template that you can use for any channeling, learn to read energy by becoming energy. Bring your tool of choice and leave with the confidence to let your whole self speak.
