Chakras act as bridges between the physical, astral, and causal bodies. Keeping the chakras open and balanced is essential for our health and overall well-being, allowing vital energy to flow freely. A main focus of this balance will come from revealing the herbs that assist in this process.
Learn through the lens of Jane’s Chakra Garden, which she installed on her farm 25 years ago.

Jane Hawley Stevens has been dedicated to bringing quality herbs and herbalism through education and products since her career began in 1981.
Jane and crew still grow the herbs for her products, Four Elements Organic Herbals, in the pristine Baraboo Bluffs of Wisconsin. Certified organic since 1989, Jane and her husband, David Stevens, were the 2020 Organic Farmer of the Year.
As a Traditional Herbalist, Jane succeeds in bringing whole plant medicine to improve wellness and connect people back to the source of health, while living my life’s mission- to connect people to Nature for their health and the health of the planet.
Recently, my first book was published, The Celestial Garden, Growing Herbs, Vegetables, and Flowers in Sync with the Moon and Zodiac, sharing the wisdom gained from following the Old Farmer’s Almanac for over 35 years. This is a rhythmic, fun, and helpful way to time various garden and farm chores.
It has been an honor to work with Nature, the wisest, most generous, and beautiful teacher for my career, when my motivating reason to go into horticulture was to simply be outdoors.
