Room 102- Shamanic Breathwork: A journey to the seat of your Divine Feminine with Jo Abbott

Shamanic Breathwork, similar to holotropic breathwork, helps you enter an altered state of consciousness where you can shed stuck emotions, gain insights, and find transformative healing. This particular experience will lead you to the seat of your feminine power and wisdom, where you will find what She has to share with you.
You will learn about breathwork and the technique before being led through a breathwork experience. As part of the experience you will be guided through a shamanic journey and have time for integration and processing.
You will have the option to partner with the plant medicine sanaga before starting the breathwork. Sanaga a plant medicine given as eye drops that aids in opening spiritual vision.

While shamanic breathwork is generally safe for most individuals it is contraindicated for people cardiovascular disease, detached retina, glaucoma, aneurysm in brain or abdomen, kidney disease, severe asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, severe mental health concerns, recent surgeries, or any other medical, physical or psychiatric condition which would impair or affect the ability to be involve in deep physical and emotional releases.
