Taoism, Flower Essences & Flow: Returning to our Internal Nature with Loyola (Loey) Colebeck

The Taoists are some of the world’s most ancient Flow-ers. They cultivated practices to keep their spirits bright and bodies healthy in appropriate relationship with Nature, and in accordance with each individual’s own internal nature and Celestial Mandate. In this workshop, we will talk about some basic tenets of Taoism’s philosophies which include the Organ systems’ emotions and spiritual virtues in relationship with seasons, the flow of time, and attunement with one’s internal nature. We’ll also learn some wonderful, basic practices for attuning the Organs and removing obstacles in our mind-body system, for cultivating Vitality, and, to boot, we’ll learn how flower essences can form part of this path back to our internal nature, vitality and flow.
