By working with feminine wisdom, we can transcend the individualistic story of the last few centuries that has caused environmental harm. We can flip our scripts from the “heroic” burden of the individual and return to the ancestral intelligence of interdependence, nature’s wisdom, and reciprocity. This experiential workshop introduces the architecture of “We,” a framework that utilizes ancient technologies like intuition, circle practice, deep listening, meditation, and nature ritual to source from the Sacred Feminine as a required and primary intelligence. By integrating these Relational Permaculture practices, we deconstruct extractive, ego-driven models and replace them with collective coherence. We’ll share ways to not only tend community but be nourished by it at the same time; skills that can enhance not only our own practices, but every space we inhabit. Together, we can gain collective insight on reasserting the feminine wisdom necessary to restore the ways of right relationship for a sustainable and regenerative planet.

Amy Chicos holds an MA in Transpersonal and Ecopsychology and is a dedicated facilitator of collective transformation. With two decades of mindful awareness practice and Earth-based healing work, she bridges the gap between inner-wellspring and outer-action. For the last decade, she has focused on Circle Practice as a primary technology for softening the ego and accessing the non-linear wisdom of the group and centering all voices.
Driven by a deep commitment to reducing the suffering of all beings, she helps individuals and communities transform outdated paradigms. Amy is passionate about teaching Relational Permaculture as the essential, missing piece in the creation of regenerative communities. By sourcing the ancient technologies of Circle, stillness, intuition, and deep listening, she guides groups to move beyond individual effort and into right relationship with all that is, building the foundation for a truly sustainable planet.
