Death is one of our most profound transformations and offers us many questions to explore. The workshop will offer a place where together we can explore questions such as:
How can we be of help to those in the process of dying? Aren’t we all dying? What is the process of dying? How do we prepare for it and how do we help those going through the process?
How do we mind our own energy, create psychic boundaries, listen to what is happening in the room, and why does that matter? How does working with the Dying become a spiritual practice for ourselves? What is the work of dying?
Sara brings her expertise and experience as a death doula to the workshop to help guide this exploration.
*This is not a grief processing workshop but an exploration of the phisophical and spiritual questions death presents us with.

A practitioner of over 20 years and a teacher for over 12 years I specialize in psychic boundaries, grounding and meditation. I became an end of life doula over 3 years ago thinking it would help me with my energetic boundaries. I have found this to be profound work and I now mentor (Through the Minnesota Death Collaborative) and teach in this field, bringing the tools that I have been studying to the practice of sitting with the dying.
I have been teaching through St Paul Community ED for over 10 years, also host my own classes, workshops, and am an ongoing presenter at Women’s Wellness Weekend at Osprey Wilds, returning this May for the 4th season).
