Jonnie Goodmanson (she/they) began her career teaching bodywork in a massage college in Arizona. At this college, she had the honor of working in a cadaver lab as a teaching assistant. She loves to understand our physical connection to our spirituality so this experience was life changing. It also unlocked a love of understanding emotional and spiritual energy and its effects on our body. As a trauma survivor, and anxiety sufferer, Jonnie appreciates movement as a means to creating calm in my mind and body. As her studies continued she added yoga to her training and began leading a teacher training program while getting her master’s in exercise science. Jonnie went on to lead and write many of the teacher training programs and retreats. To put the cherry on top, she added group fitness to her resume. Jonnie’s last adventure was to become a financial advisor. She wanted to be a holistic teacher on all fronts!
Jonnie has taught anatomy & physiology at a college level, as well as, yoga & massage therapy throughout her 25 year career in the wellness industry.
