This experiential workshop explores how lifelong emotional conditioning influences perception,
relationships, and decision-making. Participants are introduced to the Being Human at a
Glance model from the book Leadership Through Connection, Transforming Your Approach, a
practical framework that reveals how early adaptations develop into patterned responses later
in life. Through a brief self-assessment, and experiential dialogue, participants identify the
subconscious emotionally charged drivers that influence their behavior unconsciously when
challenged. With increased awareness, individuals gain the capacity to shift from automatic
reactions toward conscious choice and relational connection. Rooted in feminine wisdom, this
work honors intuition, compassion, and relational awareness as pathways to personal
empowerment.
