The dominant culture of the United States glorifies speed, productivity, and constant motion. In a world where we are always pushing for more and better, women are often asked to carry more than necessary because who else will make things happen? This can lead to, burn out, a disconnection from oneself, and can look like pushing their own dreams, desires, and inner wisdom to the side. This session is designed for anyone carrying a big idea, creative project, or vision who wants to build what matters without losing themselves in the process.
The Sacred Pause is an invitation to slow down before you speed up. This experiential workshop creates space for reflection, reconnection, and grounded decision-making. Participants will explore how stepping out of constant “doing mode” can unlock clarity, alignment, and sustainable forward movement. Through guided reflection, gentle embodiment practices, discussion, and simple strategy frameworks, participants will reconnect with what they are building and why, and leave with practical next steps rooted in their values rather than urgency or pressure.
