Cathy is a Certified Hellenistic Astrologer whose work bridges ancient wisdom and contemporary depth psychology. Her studies include Ancient Greek, Greek mythology, Jungian psychology, Tarot, the I Ching, existential philosophy, and nondual spiritual traditions. She is a former Treasurer and Board Member of the Organization for Professional Astrology (OPA) and a former Board Member of the Minnesota Jung Association.
Cathy holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a former Partner and trial lawyer at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Her multidisciplinary background informs a grounded, psychologically attuned approach to astrology that integrates symbolism, archetypal insight, and spiritual inquiry.
She has lectured for the Minnesota Jung Association and NCGR Northstar Astrology and teaches Introduction to Hellenistic Astrology at the University of Minnesota’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. She has also presented at The Eye in Minneapolis and at regional health and wellness conferences, and will be presenting at the United Astrology Conference in Chicago and OPA’s Mercury Hour.
Through her Skywriting blog and YouTube channel, Cathy shares reflections on astrology, myth, and the inner life, bringing clarity, depth, and compassion to her teaching and practice.
