Room 103- Creating your Book of Healing: Regenerating Feminine Wisdom and Power with Janet Marinelli and Carol Geisler

In this workshop we’ll come together to create your own personalized Book of Healing by using circle process to evoke feminine wisdom and power. We’ll explore topics such as breathing, grounding, noticing, soothing, holding, moving, creating, releasing, trusting, connecting, energizing, nourishing, satiating, honoring, and thanking that sustain our well-being and support our rising, our flourishing. You’ll receive a blank book with prompts and creative arts materials to collect the wisdom generated through our lived experiences as well as the facilitators’ lifelong study of healing. Join us to feel the wisdom and power of women sitting in circle to regenerate well-being for the path forward.
