This workshop is an embodied journey that begins by gently awakening the senses—exploring the sights, sounds, and felt presence of nature to anchor us fully in the Earth. Through intentional reflection, we will release what no longer serves by offering it to the ground, creating space to rise with greater clarity and ease. The experience deepens with a grounding meditation supported by distance Reiki, essential oils, energy clearing, and sound healing, followed by a ceremonial burning to consciously transform and release old patterns. We then enter a guided walking meditation through the meadow, inviting nature to replenish our feminine energy, wisdom, and inner power as we rise rooted and renewed. The workshop concludes by rejoining the circle for a final closing ceremony, allowing the integration of the journey to unfold in sacred community.
