Let’s Get Your Chi Flowing with Kay Rydeen

T’ai Chi Chih, a moving meditation, is one form of T’ai Chi practice. It’s 19 movements and one pose are easy to learn. The purpose of the movements is to circulate and balance the energy (or CHI) within the body, affecting body, mind, and spirit. This presentation will introduce you to the practice, guide you through preliminary movements, and provide you with practice resources. Movement activities can be completed while sitting or standing. This workshop will be held outside, with an inside space reserved in case of rain.
