Those of us receiving the gift of someone’s knowledge also carry a responsibility: to slow down, listen carefully, and be willing to work a little harder to understand one another.
This is also an invitation to notice our own biases. When someone speaks or writes differently from what we have been taught is “proper” or “professional,” what assumptions do we make about their intelligence, knowledge, or qualifications? What wisdom might we miss when we expect the person sharing it to first translate themselves into a form that is most comfortable for us?

Born in Mesoamerica,
At age 11 trained by elder Ochee from the Chorti Maya on the mysteries of the calendar.
Work as a librarian 1976-1978
Graduated as a programmer and analyst of systems 1978
Work as a computer programmer 1979-1982.
Started the work and studying calendar keeping 1988.
Adviser for exhibit hidden worlds reveled 2012=2013 Minnesota science museum.

Multiple seminars or classes in St Catherine university, St cloud state university, women
spiritualty conferences on Mankato state university, and many other locations.
Served as a sailor for 40 days aboard the legendary sailboat Golden Rule (peace boat) in 2023
during the “big loop” navigation from St Paul MN to the gulf of Mexico in the Mississippi
