Call for Exhibitors


The Great Hall awaits your Art, your Gifts & your Talents. Calling all artisans, readers, healers, musicians & performers!

The newly redesigned space has been doubled in size to include the Market / Vending area, Maker’s Space with Teaki Garcia, Keynote & Performance stage and a beautiful Ceremonial Altar dedicated to the Triple Goddess, the Three Pillars of the Women & Spirituality Conference: Sisterhood, Wisdom & Wholeness.

This year is full of changes, including fewer available vending spaces to maximize your exposure and sales. Promotion is critical to our shared success. We are dedicated to making this the best possible year for our vendors and will be strategically marketing the conference.

** Please Note** Vendor set up will begin Friday morning on Sept 20th and we will have a ‘soft opening’ Friday evening from 5:30 – 7:30 to allow the public to come and shop and tour the newly redesigned space. We hope they will then register and come back for the weekend!

We have reconsidered the workshop schedule and will be offering four 90 minute workshop sessions over the weekend to allow more time in between for participants to shop, have a reading, massage or healing or visit with you and learn about your work. We will be drastically lowering the price of weekend admission to a more affordable rate to allow more women to attend. As a vendor you will be able to attend workshops for free. If you are submitting a proposal for a workshop please include that in your application.
